SUMMERFIELD AT ELVERSON

Summerfield is a community of 320 town and single family homes on the southeast edge of the Borough of Elverson. Built between 1990 and 2002, these homes are beautifully laid out on 120 acres of land formerly owned by Ammon Stoltzfus. All homes have attached garages, many side load; most are 2 car. All have basements with Precast Superior Walls. Homes are heated and cooled with electric. Those built after 1995 have geothermal heating and cooling. A barn on Stable Drive houses horses. Summerfield’s open space is horse pastures; its community center is a replicate of a Chester County barn.

The community is served by public water and sewer. Pathways provide excellent opportunities for safe walking or running. The Twin Valley Fitness Club, Genesis Chiropractic and Elverson’s post office border the community.

Town and single family floor plans are varied and customized. Many have first floor masters and/or have all living space on one floor. Some have walk out basements and incredible views. The custom home street of Stoneridge Drive allows for larger lots, many wooded. The community is accessed from route 23 to the north and route 401 to the south.

A community is much more than buildings. Summerfield is special because it is comprised of residents who know and care for each other. Friendly and neighborly, homeowners strive to live by the golden rule—loving their neighbors as themselves.
